The Massachusetts Trial Court Libraries are now offering free remote access to Loislaw. The following is a post from their blog, Massachusetts Law Updates.
“We are thrilled to announce that we are now providing free access to Loislaw from your home or office. You will need a library card from the law libraries to access this service, but anyone can get a card at no charge by stopping by one of the law libraries (with a photo ID). Loislaw offers you access to primary law–statutes, cases, regulations and rules– from all 50 states and Federal sources, as well as access to over 100 MCLE titles full-text! This is the second database we are able to bring our customers, joining HeinOnline, which provides access to full-text law review articles from over 1100 law reviews and more.”
