The registration fee is non-refundable after the registration deadline. You may send a substitute in your place only by notifying both the Program Chair and the LLNE Treasurer at least 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. To the extent LLNE is not charged for services included in the registration fee, you may be entitled to a partial refund of that portion of the registration fee only. A determination regarding any refund will be made by the LLNE Executive Board after the final accounting for the meeting is submitted to the Executive Board.
